made vip rainbow glow disable when death
updated the vip menu to the upgraded version

tried to make it so you can't free spec or player spec the death
fixed store unusual hat effect not applying sometimes on first spawn
scores now reflect number of kills as death
VIP generates 20% extra queue credits
bhopping should no longer be possible if strafing is not used
added vip /unusual command
made it more obvious when a mod roll is occurring with a lead in countdown / descriptor

all maps should now be integrated into the /drminigames command
isabelle the motivator on psychopath now spawns in 90 seconds rather than 120

The server now tries to set itself to dr_bank_v7 if empty/inactive for more than a few minutes

-> The DeathRun servers will now randomly seed a 'default' map every time the server reboots, rather than always being bank
-> If no one is available to play Death the server will now prioritize bots
-> Stats no longer have a minimum player requirement to record

If a bot becomes Death the server now tries to keep the round going by sinking them 5000 units into the ground and giving them god mode.

=> The bot now joins the queue (it gains points at a rate of 1 per round)
=> Players can now donate their queue points to the bot with the !donatepts command at a rate of 10:1
=> The Wrap Assassin and Sandman are now removed to prevent an issue where they could be used to interact with map entities
=> The number of times a map can be extended has been increased from 2 to 5
=> RTV can now be triggered regardless of player count
=> "interesting" time trial records have been removed
=> Added !viewstats
