Red kills no longer show in the kill feed.
Gagged players can no longer ask for repeats
Meet the medic taunt no longer triggers a global sound when used in water
LRs can no longer activate if they were chosen at the beginning of a round (messed up some pre LR setup timers)
Various entities will now be destroyed if the server reaches the entity limit, threatening a crash (this was already happening but now there's more entities which may be killed)
Entity checking/destroying to prevent crashes now occurs more aggressively (old: ~10 times a second new: ~66 times a second or once a frame)
LRs which spawn props delete the minecraft glass to free up entity space to help prevent crashes (only some had this in place, now they all should)
The base1 propset which can randomly spawn at round start has been reduced by approximately 70 props

Removed the autogain module (this would try to normalize voice chat volumes) as it would periodically crash the server

Store Skins

When applying the store model the gunboats will no longer be stripped

General

The server no longer waits 10 seconds to restart which appears to be allowing clients to reconnect before timing out on their retry attempt
The server now displays a minimum of 24 slots instead of 18. The server still expands up to 32 slots.
Weapon spread (where the bullets go) is no longer random (tf_use_fixed_weaponspreads 1)

Voice Chat

When 2 people are already talking on mic, if a third person tries to talk the third player will be muted. Mod level 3s and up as well as Wardens are not restricted.

"Talk Time"

Each player now starts with 15 seconds of talk time, which decreases when transmitting on voice comms
Each second a player will regenerate 0.2 seconds of talk time, up to 15 seconds.
If a player runs out of talk time, JailBreak temporarily mutes them

Warden

Fixed a display error when Warden powers were used to mute the BLU team. Also updated the colour of "blue" in the messages displayed with this function.

Karma

The Karma system on JailBreak is now separate from Warcraft

i attempted to fix speeds not being set properly after leaving a controlled area (e.g. avoid toxic). this is probably not fixed as i couldn't reproduce the issue nor identify it in the code... please keep an eye out for it
donkey kong, garfield and shrek temporarily shelved for christmas: grinch and santa enabled for warden skins
freeday bosses should have the specified health now rather than significantly more

jail_minecraft:
-nine square no longer has a micro ledge
-fall game no longer has a micro ledge

=> The /stop command is now exclusively for music playing from HTML MOTDs (i.e. /youtube and DJ functions) and will no longer stop Game Sounds (i.e. LR music and say sounds). /quiet can still be used to stop LR Music and say sounds.
=> The /quiet command now accepts an optional duration parameter, e.g. /quiet 100. Not only will this stop playing sounds but will prevent them for the next 100 seconds. It can be cancelled by typing /quiet 0.
=> The music commands (/youtube) and DJ system now invoke "/quiet 300" automatically to prevent overlapping sounds / provide a "usable" experience
