- Removed the unusual taunt effects from the VIP /unusual command to help reduce lag / outrageous effect combinations
- Added the sm_unrestrictvoice command for Mod 3 and up
- Added a 'player has fully joined' message for when a player is actually put into the game
- Freedays triggered from zero wardens will now randomly give a Golden Pan to a player
- Consecutive freedays triggered from zero wardens will now activate after only waiting 10 seconds following the Warden vote

Saysounds general rework:

- All players can use say sounds now.
- VIPs can use say sounds 2x more often than regular players.
- Everyone has 2 say sound slots which regenerate over time.
- It takes 180 seconds to regenerate a say sound (for VIPs it's halved to 90 seconds).
- For reference, before the rework, a VIP using a saysound would be put on cooldown for 120 seconds. So in addition to now storing up to 2 saysounds, VIPs will be able to use saysounds more frequently.

Saysounds cooldowns rework:

- Global saysound cooldown is now approximately 1 second.
- Individual saysound cooldown is now approximately 2 seconds.
- A new global cooldown for 'long' saysounds has been added and is approximately 30 seconds.
- All of the above cooldowns now add the length of the say sound being played to the duration.

Some examples:

*If a 5 second say sound is played, the global cooldown is 6 seconds, the individual saysound cooldown is 7 seconds and the long saysound global cooldown is 35 seconds. In this scenario, as a result of the saysound being considered 'long', the individual saysound cooldown is irrelevant as a result of the long saysound global cooldown being much longer. If the saysound.
*If a 2 second say sound is played, the global cooldown is 3 seconds, the individual saysound cooldown is 4 seconds and the long saysound global cooldown is not applicable. In this scenario, the individual saysound cooldown gives a slight edge/priority to a DIFFERENT sound to be played, if someone is attempting to do so.

-> Slip n Slide LR was added
-> Bunny Hop Day LR was added (bunny hopping is enabled on first day free day and as an option for Freeday for All LR)
-> There is now a bunny hopping option for Obby Race with its own associated time trial records
-> Fixed a bug where selecting the Climb option on maps other than hopjb was producing a 'second' set of records. This bug has been corrected and all of the 'second' set of time trials have been converted to the regular record set (no data loss).
-> Weapon restrictions updated and fixed to include some weapons that were not disabled
-> Weapon restrictions improved to give better replacement weapons in certain scenarios (e.g. on soldier instead of a bat you may now receive a shovel)
-> The window for regular map rotation has been increased (meaning less time will be spent on the classic jail_minecraft map)
-> HHH day is now team death match with respawns
-> Duck pianos have been added to certain maps threatres/glods. If you find one step in front and use right click to play (quack!)
-> Mann with the Pann LR has been reactivated and optimized for a lagless experience
-> Punch out LR has been optimized for a lagless experience
-> Fragzilla Heavy speed reduced to default and an issue fixed where you could be shooting your (invisible) teammates for extra points
-> Attempts have been made to fix the following issues in Pokemon OG LR, if you see them still occuring please report them on the forums:
 - Tried to fix the issue where players would spawn in the opposite team's holding areas
 - Tried to fix the issue where the first battle would bug out and a random player would end up slain (sometimes that slain player would be a team's Pokemon master)
-> Fixed an issue where players could have double jumping stuck disabled after Pokmeon OG LR
