I've been gone from W3E for over a year. When I left I felt that it was desperate and dying and that Diablo had almost abandoned the community. Now that I'm 18, have a job and a social life, I understand why he was almost never around. It is for this reason that I have decided to recently revisit the servers to see what has become of them (except jailbreak... Fuck that) and have seen not only new races, but fixes and changes to current ones. I've seen that it's being attended to and cared for despite my previous thoughts of abandonment. So, I'm submitting this now and will be talking to Diablo about other matters later. I hope to see some of you soon, and I also hope that you aren't cancerous little shitbags.

I'm really going to miss the servers. But the way things are going right now, I don't want to stick around. The servers used to be about having fun. Now the servers just all about "We need to keep as many people in as possible!" "We have to follow the Valve Quick-Play rules!" and it's just sad. We went from being one of the most (if not THE most) popular War3Source mods out there to a poor beggar in the streets, living day to day on the scraps of food and money tossed to us.

This is something that I don't want to be apart of. I have spent the last 3 years of my life proving myself to be capable and responsible enough to be an admin and when I finally become one, everything falls apart and I feel like I became and admin on almost a completely different "community" if you can even call War3Evo that anymore.

War3Evo was founded on the basis of showing CGA that we can make a better War3Source mod, and for a while, we did. Then Dagothur took off to DOTA 2 and everything just went into a death spiral from there. The only reason we went into the death spiral is because Dag was an actual TF2 player. He understood that things needed to be strong, but not to the point of no one wanting to try and fight it. He could tell just the right balance between fun, and power. All of our custom races before Dag left show just that feat. Now the races being made are no fun to fight against and are almost boring to play as.

So with all that out in the open... I say, with a heavy heart and tears in my eyes... Farewell, War3Evo. You are the reason I didn't quit TF2 all those years ago... And I will miss you dearly. It was an adventure and I met a lot of amazing people thanks to it. I hope maybe one day Dagothur will return and bring the server to its former glory.

Goodbye War3Evo. It's been fun.

Shatter Rounds (Passive) - Allows you to pierce through enemy armor and gives you a 25-50-75-100% chance to also break through helm and plate.

Priority Targets (+ability) - When you activate this, you get a menu that allows you to see what classes the other team has. If you pick a certain class, every time you kill that class you gain 1.5x more gold for killing that class. If there is none of that class on the other team OR you don't kill them within 15 seconds, you lose 40 gold. At max level you can pick a certain player and when you kill them you gain up to 1-1.5-2-2.5x more gold depending on what class they are and what their current kill streak is. If you don't kill that player after 30 seconds, you lose 60 gold. (When you mark an enemy they get the Dualer symbol on their head.)

On a Roll (Passive) - When you get a head shot, there is a 25-50-75-100% chance that you do not unscope or need to reload. Goes on cooldown if you don't head shot a target after 5 seconds or if you unscope. 15 second cooldown.

Robotic Limbs (Passive) - Each level reduces Jolt received when taking damage while scoped in by 25-50-75-100%.

Professional Assassin (Passive Ultimate) - Every time you get a head shot, you deal 2-3-4-5% more damage until you die. Caps at 50% and every time you miss or body shot while scoped in, the damage bonus is halved. Only applies to your primary weapon. Does not work with the Classic.

Right tools for the job (Passive) - *Requires 4 levels in Professional Assassin.* Gives your secondary weapon a boost.
  • SMG gets a 5-10-15-20% faster firing rate as well as a 25-30-35-40% faster reload speed.
  • Razorback can block 1 more backstab and gives you 1-2-3-4 more armor when equipped.
  • Jarate recharges 15-30-45-60% faster.
  • Darwin's Danger Shield gives you 5-10-15-20 more health and you take 15% less damage from all sources
Updated. NOTE: I intended this job to be complex because I think we should have at least one race that is for the more advanced players.

People really want a Samurai race so... Here's what I came up with.

Honor Bound (Passive) - When you have a Half-Zatoichi out, you deal 5-10-15-20% more damage. Removes the ability to Charge.

Samurai Armor (Passive) - If you are holding a Half-Zatoichi, you gain 1-1.5-2-2.5 armor.

Samurai's Will (Passive) - You have a 25-50-75-100% chance to resist a stun or slow effect.

Adrenaline Rush (+ability) Upon activating, you gain 15-20-25-30% speed bonus for 10 seconds. 25 second cooldown. When you take damage, it reduces the cooldown by 2 seconds every 5 seconds. (See below for more info.)

Honorable Duel (Passive) - When you kill an enemy using a Half-Zatoichi, you gain 2-3-4-5 seconds of Full crits and 2 seconds of 5 armor.

Shogun's Power (+ultimate) - When activated, you gain 20% move speed and 2-3-4-5 health regen for 10 seconds. Killing enemies will give you 1 extra second of time. 30 second CD.

Further explanation on Adrenaline Rush: Every time you take damage while the ability is on cooldown, it will take off 2 seconds of the cooldown. However this can only happen every 5 seconds.

This is actually a really complex race to play.

Trickster (+ability) - Transform into a Trickster Demon. You gain a small chance (increases per level) to "Trick" your enemies. This will cause them to become blind for .75 seconds or have drugs activated on them for 3 seconds.  (Again, duration is based on level.) You will also gain a movement speed increases as well as your +ability and +ability 2 changing into new abilities.

Devious (Passive) - When you hit your enemies, they have a chace to gain a random status effect. This effect will cause your enemy to heal over time, bleed, gain armor and magic resistance, lose all armor and magic resistance, become large or become small for 5 seconds.

Trouble Maker (+ability) - Upon activating this ability, you instantly trade places and health with your target. You gain 3 bonus armor and magic resistance for 10 seconds after swapping. (30 second Cooldown.)

Succubus (+ability 2) - Transform into a Succubus. While active, your +ability and +ability 2 chance into 2 different things. You also gain .4-.6-.8-1 armor.

Allure (+ability) - (Requires Succubus form.) Causes your target to helplessly stare at you. While the target is Allured, you cannot deal damage to them. Target is freed after 5 seconds for when they take damage.

Seduction (Passive) - (Requires Succubus form.)  You have a small chance every time an enemy hits you (chance based on level) to either return the damage done as magic damage, or cause your target to deal 25-35-45-55% less damage to you for 5 seconds.

Revert (+ability 2) - Transforms back to a normal Demon. (No cooldown)

Demon Wraith (+ultimate) - You gain the powers of both of your Demon forms for 10 seconds. (+ability and +ability 2 for Succubus will become +ability 3 and +ability 4). Upon the ability ending, you will revert to a lesser Demon and have no power for 30 seconds.

Once in a Blue Moon when I get on Warcraft, I have what I believe is the Admin Hud. When I look at someone it shows me their name and their ping. This has only ever happened to me twice. Once when I was still brand new to W3E and once again about 2 weeks ago. I have not figured out how to make this happen but I will be testing it to see if my theory is correct. I'll keep you guys updated.

Current Theory: If I get off W3E and back on, it might enable the "Admin Hud".

I didn't feel like waiting for Dag to bring this here.

Resistance (Passive) - 25-50-75-100% chance to resist abilities used on you, however you cannot buy items from sh1.

Nullify Magic (Passive) - 25-50-75-100% chance to resist wards, however allies cannot use friendly magic on you. (Soul Medics cannot use abilities on you.)

Immunity (Passive) - 25-50-75-100% chance to resist ultimates used on you, however you cannot buy items from sh2.

Piercing (Passive) - 25-50-75-100% chance to pierce throw plates and helm effects, however you cannot purchase items from sh3.

Destroy (Passive) - 25-50-75-100% chance to break throw physical armor.

True Sight (Ultimate Passive) - Everyone near you (allies included.) becomes completely visible. Leveling improves radius.

You can bet on someone being the MVP of the round and if you win you get platinum. You must be on spectator to bet.

If the person you have a bet on leaves, you are refunded the platinum/diamonds/gold that you bet.

You can only bet at the start of the map. The MVP is the MVP of the entire map.

If you try to bet on yourself, it will not work.

No wins for the person who you bet on. Otherwise someone could just make a huge bet (say 10k platinum) and then that person can try-hard with the most OP shit in warcraft. Easy platinum farming.

You may only bet 50% of your platinum.

Completely redone.

Piercing Shots (Passive) - You negate all armor effects, allowing your shots to do full damage and giving you a 4-6-8-10% chance to do 50% more damage.

Bigger Bullets (+ability) When active you can pierce throw helm and similar effects. (Passive cannot work until active is off CD. 40-30-20-10 second CD.)

Perfect Aim (Passive) - You have a 25-50-75-100% chance to ignore evade.

Rapid Fire (+ability 2) - Activate to go into a frenzy of shots, giving you 50% faster reload and 60% faster fire rate. Lasts 2-3-4-5 seconds. 25-20-15-10 second CD.

One Bullet... (ultimate passive) - When you are down to your last shot, you deal 15-30-35-60% more damage.

Multiple targets. (+ultimate) - When activated, your last shot will also pierce 2-3-4-5 enemies. 60 second CD. (requires 4 points in One Bullet...)

When I looked at my previous suggestion... I hated it. This one is way better in my opinion. But of course, OP. Tell me what needs to be fixed so I can adjust accordingly.

Uses special health kit ideas.

On Duty (Passive) - Whenever someone dies near you (friend or foe) they have a 70-80-90-100% chance to drop a random health kit. Level 1 drops small, 2 drops medium, level 3 drops full health kits and level 4 drops colored ones. 5-10 second CD.

Special Drugs (+ability) - Activate to instantly drop a special health kit. Each level reduces cool down and max level lets you pick what the health kit's special perk is. May not choose gold, chrome or silver. 4 levels, 15-13-10-8 second CD.

Death Drugs (Passive) - When you kill an enemy there is a 20-30-40-50% chance that they will drop a random health kit. 5 second CD.

Improved Death Drugs (Passive) - Chance of kit dropping is increased to 60-70-80-90% and there is a 5-10-15-20% chance that they will drop 2 instead of 1. The double health kit effect however has a cool down of 15 seconds. Max level gives a 25% chance that special colored health kits will drop.

Bad medicine (Passive) - If an enemy picks up one of your health kits they will instead take 25-50-75-100% of what the kit would heal in poison damage over time. Max level also prevents the kits passive from taking effect.

Sacrifice (+ultimate) - Sacrifice yourself to become the ultimate health kit. The ultimate health kit can only be picked up by allies and lasts for 10 seconds. Has unlimited uses and uses the effects of all the special colored health kits. Enemies who attempt to pick it up will instead take 50% of their max health in damage instantly and another 25% over 10 seconds. Using this ability causes you to receive a 20 second respawn so use it wisely...

Please let me know what you think of the names and abilities.

Just needs something new... I have it maxed out and I can't help but feel like it needs something more.

Poisoned Blades (Passive) - When you hit a target with your melee you have a 20-30-40-50% chance of poisoning them dealing 10-15-20-25 magic damage over 5 seconds.

Improved Teleport (Passive) - When you are targeting a unit (either friend or foe) you will teleport behind them when you activate teleport. You cannot attack for 1.5-1.25-1-.75 seconds after teleporting behind a target.

Arcane Rage (+Ability) - Causes you to go into an enraged state, increases your damage by 10-15-20-25%.

Arcane Bolt (+Ability2) - Instantly blast your target with a bolt of arcane power causing 20-25-30-35 magic damage.

Arcane Knowledge (Passive) - When you hit an enemy you have a chance to gain 500-1000-1500-2000 XP

Sharp Talons (Passive) - You deal 7.5-15-22.5-30% more damage and 15-30-45-60% more melee damage.

Arcane Storm (+Ultimate) - Summons a storm of raw arcane energy dealing 10-25-40-55 magic damage to all enemies in the storm instantly and persists for 5 seconds. Remaining in the storm causes enemies to recieve an additional 4-6-8-10 magic damage. The radius increases per level.

I fixed it... Probably.

Thought this one up for people who run out of ammo to much like myself 8)

Every last scrap. (Passive) Increases the amount of ammo you gain from weapons by 20-30-40-50%

Share the loot (+ability1) Drop a small-medium-large ammo crate for ANYONE to grab. Level 4 makes it so only you and allies may grab it.

Steal it all (+ability 2) When behind an enemy you can steal 15-30-45-60% of their ammo and clips for your own.

Greedy (Passive) When your ammo and clips are full you will deal 50-60-70-80% additional damage. (Meaning you will get one shot to do a ridiculous amount of damage.)

Empowered Ammo (+ultimate) When activated you give all your ammo to your allies and they gain 5-10-15-20% additional damage for 6-7-8-9 seconds.

24 levels and as always open to comments and suggestions.

Gain 20% ammo every 2-3 seconds. Also gain 5% metel every 5 seconds. Increases the scavange rate of ammo by an aditional 1% per 1% ammo you are missing. Max of 50% (Including the base).

Medic only job.

Supply(passive) - Healing an ally gives them 12-13-14-15% of their max ammo power second but reduces heal speed by 80-70-60-50%.

Refill(+ ability) - Instantly refills your heal targets ammo and clips to full. (15 second CD)

That was not medicine... (passive) - Killing an enemy will restore your's and a nearby ally's ammo to 20-30-40-50% Doubles to 40-60-80-100% for melee.

Trust me... I'm a doctor. (ultimate) - Increase heal rate to 100% but causes you to no longer restore metal and ammo. 60-50-40-30 second CD with a 2-3-4-5 second duration.

16 levels. Open to feed back. Let me know what you think.

I thought this one up for the medic and can be used for engineer aswell.  Made sure all the abilities aren't used. (not sure about the name but tell me what you think)

Savior (passive) - Healing an ally below 10-20-30-40% health increases heal speed on the target by 4-6-8-10%. (Works for dispensers)

Knowledge (passive) - Gain 20-30-40-50% increased experience from kill assists and heal target gains half the amount of bonus XP. (Not compatible with dispensers) Sorry that would be just stupidly OP even if I did the reduced amount. It would make people never leave the engineers alone.

Rejuvenate (+ability) - Increase your heal rate by 5-10-15-20% for 2-4-6-8 seconds. (Works for dispensers)

Safegaurd (passive) - Your heal target takes 10-12-14-16% less damage. Works for dispensers but effect is reduced based on the number of people being healed. EX. 2 people reduces the effect to half can't go lower then 1/4 of the original amount.

Medi-Charge/Dispenser Overload (ultimate) - (As medic) Gives you 10-25-40-55% UBER on use but will slow UBERCHARGE rate by 5% for 10-15 seconds. ( 25-30 second CD). (As engineer)  Overload your dispenser with a huge charge that will give everyone within its dispensing range full health and ammo (including clips) instantly but causes it to not be able to go into dis-repair for 4-5 seconds and passives will not work for 8-10 (20-25 second CD).

20 Levels. Alrighty thats all i have for now. Feel free to leave suggestions. (have a feeling you will like it Kzare  ;) ) Please dont make this VIP only if you put it in...

Well since it looks like the Paladin is out... ive come up with this one instead :D hope its original enough...

Drink the Blood (Passive) - Whenever you hit an enemy you steal 5-10-15-20% of your damage done as health (Doubles for melee)

From the Shadows (Pasive) - When you are behind an enemy you deal 5-10-15-20% increased damage

Vampire's Bite (Ability) - You bite your target causing 10-15-20-25 damage and stealing damage done as health

Vampire's Hunger (Ultimate) - Lunge at an enemy and deal 20-25-30-35 damage and steal the amount done as health.

Paladin Max level 16

Holy Light (+ability) - Heals yourself or an ally for 10-20-30-40 health

Gaurding Light (passive) - You and nearby allys gain 1-2-3-4 Armor (not sure on radius yet but maybe like 350)

Concentration Aura (passive) - Gives you and nearby allys 1-2-3-4 Magic Resist

Divine Light (+ultimate)- You become immune to damage for 1-2-3-4 seconds

Max 16 levels

Thats all i got. Feel free to make suggestions or change something if you want.
